Sean Ryan was born and raised in Jamaica Plain and attended public schools in Roxbury, Dorchester and JP. Sean graduated from Boston Latin School and Harvard University. Sean is a musician, a teacher, and a member of the Boston Teachers Union. His platform – Schools, Services, Safety – calls for neighborhood schools and classroom continuity; tax reductions and cost-effective service provision; and sensible solutions to the drug and violence problems affecting our communities.
